Etiquette

Harmony Tree therapeutic massage and day spa is a retreat for your body, mind and soul. For the consideration of others, we request you please keep noise to a minimum. We ask that you respect other guests’ privacy by speaking softly. Children are not allowed at the day spa unless they are having a treatment, accompanied by an adult. Turn off your mobile phones and other electronic devices within the day spa treatment room.

Spa Operation hours

9.00 am. To 9.00 pm. We request that last bookings are made by 8.00 pm.

Reservations

Advanced booking prior to your arrival is recommended to secure your preferred date and time of treatment.

Check-in

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. Please be aware that if you arrive late, your service will unfortunately have to be shortened to ensure the service preparation for other guests. We will ask for you to complete a new customer form so that our therapists can consider any limitations and problematic spots.

Health considerations

If you suffer from high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, cancer or any other medical complications or are pregnant. We advise that you consult your doctor before signing up for any spa services. Please inform us in advance of any existing medical conditions that may affect your treatments or activities at the day spa.

Smoking And Alcohol

Smoking and the consumption of alcohol within the day spa are prohibited.

Valuables

We recommend that no jewelry be worn at the day spa. We accept no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the day spa premises.

Cancellation Policy

4 hour cancellation notice is required to help us re-schedule your appointment, subject to availability.

Payment

Cash payments are appreciated. We also accept credit card (Visa & MASTERCARD).Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

 

How to prepare for a massage (The day of massage)

Eating and Drinking

-Drink lots of water

-Have a cup of tea

-Eat lightly or have a snack

-Don’t drink alcohol

-Avoid lots of caffeine

Arriving Early

-Fill out any forms that may be required

-start to relax before you enter the room

-Don’t forgot to use the toilet room.

When you enter the room
How to get ready

1.Remove your clothing and wear underwear only. Hang your cloths on the hook or put in the basket.

2.Remove any jewelry that could get in the way.

3.Lay on the table face up or face down.

4.Cover your body with towel.

5.Give the massage therapist permission to enter when they knock.

Before the massage, Tell your massage therapist

-If you have Epilepsy, a heart condition and/or Allergies.

-Any areas that are sensitive, or should be avoided.

-Any questions you may have , and your expectations for the massage.

How to get the most from your massage

-Don’t resist, Try to relax

-Let your thoughts go

-Focus on the touch

-Breathe, try to catch yourself if you are holding your breathe.

During the massage, tell your massage therapist

-If you become too COLD or too HOT

-If the massage therapist should use MORE pressure, or Less

-IF you would like them to move to different area.
